Points to note: Clothing and footwear - Please wear suitable clothing which you will be comfortable to walk in. Layers are helpful as you can take them off when you get hot. Waterproof jackets are recommended as are good in wet and windy conditions. Trail shoes are recommended as they provide flexibility of movement; alternatively walking boots are acceptable. Open sandals are not to be worn. In hot weather please wear sunscreen and bring a hat with you. Medications - please ensure you bring all necessary medication you may need on a walk e.g. inhalers Payments for sessions: Payments can be made via our online booking mechanism or you can transfer your booking fee directly to the following account: Alexa Tilley (Nordic Dorset) Halifax Sort code: 11-05-68 Account number: 12057961 Cancellations: Instructor cancellations: On occasion, if weather is due to be adverse, it may be necessary to cancel a session (to ensure our insurance is effective). If so, fees will be allocated to the next session you attend. If less than two people signed up to attend a course, Nordic Dorset may need to cancel a walk - if this is the case you will be notified with 24 hours notice and will be offered a refund. If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify the instructor as soon as possible. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a 50% fee.
